2021 - “What Dreams May Come”
3 foot round on birch wood, painted in México
- My client had just retired and has started a whole new chapter of life; exploring Mexico and the world, new hobbies and who she is outside of her busy life as a nurse. She had sold her previous belongings and wanted some new art in her brand new, custom-designed condo. I named the painting to signify the new, magical chapter in her life.
2021 - “Metamorphosis”
5ft round on Birch Wood, commissioned by Interior Designer Ivan Meade.
- The collector asked for art that was neutral in colour and leaning on the side of moody, while still expressing energy and vitality, with movement. The designer and I selected colours from paint swatches, as used in the home.
