In science, memory refers to the psychological processes of acquiring, storing, retaining, and later retrieving information. There are three major processes involved in memory: encoding, storage, and retrieval. In our life, memories can be powerful triggers of chemical and hormonal releases in the brain, that can cause us to feel a variety of emotions and act in many ways. I think that memories are one of the most powerful influences over our unconscious mind.
